1. All payments for accommodations at CHATRAVAS must be made in advance, following the payment terms specified in your resident agreement.
2. We accept payment via the following methods: cash, credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, or other payment methods as specified.
Booking and Initial Payment
1. To secure your accommodation, an initial payment must be made as per the agreed terms in your resident agreement. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Monthly Rent
1. Rent for your accommodation is due on the 5th day of each month.
2. Late payments may be subject to late fees, as specified in your resident agreement.
Security Deposit
1. A security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be held until your check-out date, and it may be used to cover any damages or outstanding charges at the end of your stay.
2. The security deposit will be refunded on the day of your check-out by PG Owner, subject to inspection and the deduction of any applicable charges.
Additional Charges
1. Additional charges, such as for services, damages, or extended stays, will be invoiced and are due upon receipt.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not support cancellations, and a strict no-refund policy is in effect. Once a booking is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Changes to Payment Policy
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised Payment Policy will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
